关于申请2024年学院国际学生奖学金的通知

为鼓励更多优秀的国际学生来学院学习和从事科学研究，现将申请2024年学院国际学生奖学金的有关事项通知如下：

一、国际学生奖学金项目

1.中国政府奖学金

中国教育部委托国家留学基金管理委员会（CSC）负责中国政府奖学金生的招生录取和管理等工作，向中国部分省、自治区的省级教育行政部门和部分中国高校提供的全额奖学金，用于部分中国高校直接遴选和招收优秀的外国青年学生来华学习。目前，学院是承担中国政府奖学金生培养任务的院校之一，招收本科生、硕士研究生和博士研究生。学科门类覆盖理学、经济学、法学、管理学、教育学、历史学、文学、哲学、艺术学等。

2.贵州省外国留学生奖学金

目前，学院是承担贵州省外国留学奖学金生培养任务的院校之一，学科门类覆盖理学、经济学、法学、管理学、教育学、历史学、文学、哲学、艺术学等。

3.学院汉语进修生项目（学院奖学金）

此项目对进修生的汉语教学分为初级、中级、高级三个阶段，从听、说、读、写等方面进行强化培训，并辅之以HSK(4-5级)辅导、中国传统文化、中国概况等选修课，全面提高进修生的汉语言能力、跨文化理解和交际能力。

二、申请条件

1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；

2.品行端正、无违法犯罪和不良行为记录；

3.中国政府奖学金、贵州省外国留学生奖学金申请者：

● 申请学习本科专业者，须具有高中毕业学历，成绩优秀，年龄不超过25岁；

● 申请攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；

● 申请攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁。

4.学院奖学金申请者：应具有高中毕业及以上学历，年龄要求18-40岁。

三、资助类别、期限及授课语言

1.资助类别和资助期限，详见下表：

四、资助内容和标准

1.中国政府奖学金、贵州省外国留学生奖学金

●学费：资助标准参照现行中国政府奖学金、贵州省外国留学生奖学金标准执行。

●住宿费：为奖学金生提供免费宿舍，一般为单人间/双人间。

●生活费：由学校按月发放；发放标准参照现行中国政府奖学金、贵州省外国留学生奖学金标准执行。

●综合医疗保险：按照国家有关规定，为奖学金生购买医疗保险。

2.学院奖学金

●全额奖学金生：免交住宿费、综合医疗保险费和全额学费。

●半额奖学金生：免交住宿费、综合医疗保险费和50%学费。

五、申请途径、时间

1.中国政府奖学金申请者：申请者访问“留学中国”网站，点击“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”进入申请系统。“留学中国”网站链接：http://www.campuschina.org，注册账户成功后登录系统进行申请。申请时间：2023年11月20日-2024年2月24日。

注：学院“受理机构编号”为10663，“留学项目种类”请选择“B类”。

2.贵州省外国留学生奖学金、学院奖学金申请者：请登录学院国际学生服务平台（http://gznu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx），注册个人账号，在线填写、提交申请材料。申请时间：2023年12月12日-2024年3月31日。

六、其他事项

1.学院国际学生招生办公室将向被录取者发送录取通知书。

2.被录取者须在录取通知书规定时间内申请办理签证，并持所有申请材料及录取材料原件到校报到。

3.奖学金获得者原则上不得转学、转专业及学习期限。

4.如有特殊原因不能报到者，须以书面形式提前向学院请假，无故逾期两周不报到者，学校将不予保留其奖学金资格。

  Application Guide for International Student Scholarship of Guizhou Normal University in 2024

In order to encourage more outstanding international students to study and engage in scientific research in Guizhou Normal University, we hereby inform you the relevant information about the application instructions for International Student Scholarship of Guizhou Normal University in 2024.

1.International Student Scholarship Program

(1) Independent Enrollment Program of Chinese Universities (Chinese Government Scholarship)

The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China (MOE) has entrusted the National Scholarship Management Committee (CSC) to be responsible for the enrollment and management of scholarship students.Also CSC are responsible for providing the full amount of scholarships to the provincial education administrative departments of some provinces and autonomous regions, which could be partially used for selecting and recruiting outstanding young foreign students to study in China. At present, Guizhou Normal University is one of the institutions that undertakes the program of training Chinese government scholarship students including undergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral students.The discipline delivered covers science, economics, law, management, education, history, literature, philosophy, art and so on.

(2) Independent Enrollment Program of Chinese Universities(Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship)

At present, Guizhou Normal University is one of the institutions that undertakes the program of training, The discipline delivered covers science, economics, law, management, education, history, literature, philosophy, art and so on.

(3)Chinese Advanced Student Program of Guizhou Normal University (Guizhou Normal University Scholarship)

According to the Chinese language teaching for the advanced students, this project is divided into three levels: primary, intermediate and advanced. It carries out intensive training in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and also,offers the advanced students HSK (level 4-5) guidance, Chinese traditional culture,Chinese architecture and other optional courses, aiming at comprehensively improving their Chinese language ability and the ability of cross-cultural comprehension and communication.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for consideration for the scholarship, the applicant must:

(1)be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health

(2)have good conduct without any criminal record

(3)for Chinese Government Scholarship,Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship

●have a high school diploma with excellent performance and be no more than 25 years old(applicants for bachelor’s degree)

● have a bachelor’s degree and be no more than 35 years old(applicants for master’s degree)

● have a master’s degree and be no more than 40 years old(applicants for doctoral degree)

(4) for Guizhou Normal University Scholarship

●have high school diploma or above in age between 18 and 40 years old

3. Scholarship Category, Duration and Instruction Language

4. Scholarship Benefits and Criteria

(1) For Chinese Government Scholarship/Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship Students

●Tuition fee: the funding standard refers to the current Chinese government scholarship and Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship standard.

●Accommodation fee: free dormitories are provided for scholarship students, which are generally single or double rooms.

●Stipend: it will be paid by the university monthly,and the standard of stipend refers to the current Chinese government scholarship and Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship standard.

●Comprehensive medical insurance: according to the relevant requirement of Chinese government, medical insurance will be purchased for scholarship students

(2) For Guizhou Normal University Scholarship Students

●Full scholarship awards include accommodation fee, comprehensive medical insurance fee and all tuition fee.

●Half scholarship awards include accommodation fee, comprehensive medical insurance fee and 50% tuition fee.

5. Application Procedure and Period

(1)Application for Chinese Government Scholarship: Applicants should visit the “Study in China” website and click on the “Chinese Government Scholarship Information System for International Students” to access the application system. The website is: http://www.campuschina.org. After successfully registering an account, applicants can log in to the system and proceed with the application.

Note: “Accepting Agency Number”of Guizhou Normal University is 10663, and please select Category B for the study program.

●Application time:November 20, 2023 - February 24, 2024

(2)Application for Guizhou Normal University Scholarship/Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship: please visit the website of international student service platform of Guizhou Normal University(https://gznu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx) to register personal account, fill in and submit application materials online.

●Application time:Dec 12th, 2023-March 31th, 2024

6. Other Matters

(1) Guizhou Normal University International Student Admissions Office will send admission notices to the admitted students.

(2) Admitted students must apply for a visa within the specified time mentioned in the admission notice and bring all required application materials and original admission documents for registration at the university.

(3) Scholarship recipients are generally not allowed to transfer to other university, change majors, or extend their study period.

(4) If an admitted student cannot register on time due to special reasons, they must submit a written request for leave in advance to Guizhou Normal University. Students who fail to register without valid reasons for more than two weeks will have their scholarship eligibility revoked.
